PACT for Families is a five-county partnership in central Minnesota, serving Kandiyohi, McLeod, Meeker, Renville, and Yellow Medicine counties. We focus on strengthening families and supporting children to reach their highest potential. Founded in 1993, we bring together diverse sectors—including healthcare, social services, education, and more—to create a coordinated, prevention-focused system that addresses the needs of our rural communities.
