PACTA was founded by a business lawyer with over 20 years of experience in African business law, including senior in-house legal roles at major pan-African groups in the telecommunications and digital sectors. Our team brings together 5 different nationalities, with a ratio of 60% women and 40% men — a deliberate choice rooted in our conviction that diversity of profiles is a direct driver of advisory quality.
