Jeff Hedges

Jeff Hedges is a seasoned finance professional serving as the Chief Financial Officer at PacTrust since 2025. Previously, they held significant roles including Executive Vice President and CFO at PS Business Parks, Inc. from 2018 to 2021, and Senior Vice President of Accounting at both Invitation Homes and Colony Starwood Homes. Jeff's early career included positions at Ernst & Young and Vail Resorts, where they developed a strong foundation in accounting and financial advisory services.
