Pactual Property Fund (“Fund”) is a closed-end Real Estate Fund registered in December of 2015. It is the first Real Estate Fund launched in Angola.

The Fund is managed by SG Hemera Capital Partners, made up of a team of independent professionals who combine experience in Real Estate with a financial profile, exclusively dedicated to managing the Fund's assets.

The Fund is regulated and supervised by the Capital Markets Commission (CMC) and its accounts are audited by an independent auditor.

Pactual Property Fund is currently composed of a portfolio of more than 170 properties, of different segments, including commercial spaces, residential (two-story homes and apartments), offices, warehouses, and land for development. The Fund's assets are located in a total of 12 provinces in Angola, most of which are located in the country's capital, Luanda.

Over the years, the Fund adopted a strategy of acquiring mature assets in excellent locations, with a view to placing them on the market through leasing, sale and real estate development, thus having assets available for different customer profiles and purposes.
