Eric Draheim

Eric Draheim has over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Eric began their career in 1994 as a Process Engineer at Champion International Paper. Eric then moved to Kimberly-Clark in 1997, where they held various roles such as Senior Director of Manufacturing, Mill Manager in Jenks, OK and New Milford, CT, Product System Leader and Engineering Leader, Operations Consultant, and Asset Leader. In 2019, they won the One KCNA Mindset Award, and they also designed the Operational Excellence system that Kimberly-Clark now employs globally. In 2022, they will join Pacur LLC as the Senior Vice President of Operations.

Eric Draheim obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics from Lawrence University in 1992, and a Master's degree in Pulp and Paper Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1994.
