Scott Weber

Scott Weber is an experienced quality and regulatory leader currently serving as the Vice President of Quality at Pacur LLC since October 2023, where responsibilities include enhancing the global quality strategy and overseeing quality control, assurance, and regulatory compliance. Weber has also held the position of Alderperson for the 3rd District in the City of Neenah since June 2022. Prior to Pacur, Weber served as the Director of Quality & Regulatory at Phillips-Medisize from June 2019 to October 2023, managing quality systems in North America and liaising with regulatory bodies such as the FDA. Weber's extensive background at Plexus Corp. from May 2008 to March 2019 involved roles as VP of Regulatory and VP of Quality, leading global quality systems and regulatory strategies. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at TIDI Products, LLC from April 2002 to June 2006, where leadership in achieving ISO certifications was a key focus. Weber holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Milwaukee School of Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
