Mike Huff

Mike Huff is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Legal Counsel at Padagis LLC since November 2021, where responsibilities include leading legal due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, managing corporate governance matters, and overseeing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues. Prior to this, Mike was an Attorney at Mika Meyers PLC from August 2015 to November 2021, providing comprehensive corporate counsel and supporting clients in merger, acquisition, and real estate transactions. Experience also includes serving as an Associate Attorney at The Schwartz Law Firm, and roles at the US Olympic Committee, Hino Motors Manufacturing USA, Fifth Third Bank, and Palace Sports and Entertainment. Educational qualifications include a JD from the University of Michigan Law School and a magna cum laude BA in Economics and Management from Albion College.
