Tali Drori

Tali Drori has extensive experience in employee experience and community relations, currently serving as the Employee Experience and Community Relations Manager at Padagis LLC since February 2006. Responsibilities include planning vacations, company events, team building initiatives, and adapting policy in collaboration with management. Previously, Tali worked as a Personal Assistant to the deputy CEO at Maariv Daily Newspaper from 2003 to 2005, managing welfare initiatives and preparing materials for board meetings. Earlier experience includes managing a customer service center at Agnetech Ltd from 2000 to 2003, focusing on system characterization and process streamlining. Tali holds a Bachelor of Science in Practical Engineering in Industry Management from the College of Technology Ashdod, completed between 1985 and 1987, and pursued additional education at Hashavim and Morit Rosen.
