Ines C. began their work experience in 2005 with an internship in software engineering at Caisse Centrale de Réescompte, Commerzbank. Ines then worked as an intern in GUI optimization at Amadeus in 2006. In 2006, they joined Air France as an IT Project Manager in the Ground Service IT department. Ines later moved on to become a Project Manager for e-Commerce Information Management at airfrance.com, where they managed various projects involving promotions, award booking, and ancillaries. In 2014, Ines joined Van Cleef & Arpels as a Digital Projects and Tools Manager, where they created and managed a digital tools team and oversaw website and digital project management. Most recently, in 2019, they became the Director of Operations and Customer Services at Padam Mobility.

Ines C. completed their secondary education at Lycée Saint Louis from 2001-2002, where they studied Classes préparatoires aux grandes écoles, specializing in MP*. Following this, they attended Ecole centrale de Nantes from 2003-2006. During their time there, they pursued a degree in Computer Engineering and Finance, earning the title of Ingénieur généraliste.
