Jacques Peyper

Jacques Peyper has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jacques started their career as an Accountant at Thandabantu Finance t/a Metrofin from June 2006 to October 2010. Jacques then served as the Finance Manager at Dark Fibre Africa (Pty) Ltd from January 2011 to August 2019. Jacques also worked as an Executive Director at MARKET DEMAND TRADING 191 from January 2014 to July 2019. Jacques later joined MessageBird in December 2019 as a Finance Operations Excellence Manager, and then progressed to become the Global Head of Finance Operations in September 2021. Most recently, Jacques has taken up the role of Director of Finance, Operations, and Innovation at Paddle in January 2023.

Jacques Peyper completed a Certificate Program in Executive Management at the University of La Verne in 2019. Before that, they earned a Masters in Business Administration from the University of the Witwatersrand from 2018 to 2019. In 2015, they completed a Management Development Programme (MDP) at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours in Business Management) degree in Strategic Financial Management from the same university in 2013. Jacques Peyper also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of South Africa, which they received in 2011. Their educational journey started with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pretoria, which they earned from 2002 to 2004.
