Orla Pollard

Orla Pollard has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Orla started their career at CRCC Asia as an intern, where they gained valuable knowledge in developing and expanding businesses in emerging markets. Orla then worked at Spencer Stuart as a Real Estate & FS intern. Later, Orla joined Accenture UK, where they held multiple roles, including Management Consulting Manager and Technology Consulting Analyst. Orla then joined Cisco as a Manager in EMEAR Strategy & Planning. Orla's next move was to ServiceNow, where they worked as a Senior Manager and eventually as the Director of EMEA Go-to-Market Programs & Excellence. Most recently, they joined Paddle as the Head of Sales Enablement. Additionally, Orla volunteered at Apart of Me, contributing to their Strategy, Operations & Fundraising efforts.

Orla Pollard earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Nottingham, attending from 2010 to 2013. Orla also completed the Oxford Women's Leadership Development Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2021. Prior to university, Orla attended St Michael's Grammar School from 2003 to 2010, but their degree or field of study during that time is not specified. In addition to their formal education, Orla obtained certifications in Pega Decisioning Consultant from Pegasystems in 2017, SNOW Certified System Administrator from ServiceNow – The Enterprise Cloud Company in 2015, and Prince2 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2015.
