Richard Ding

Richard Ding is an experienced product manager currently with Paddle since July 2022, previously holding roles as an associate product manager. Prior experience includes positions at KROHNE USA from February 2020 to July 2022, where Richard worked as a project engineer, strategic business and projects engineer, and inside sales engineer. Richard's earlier experience includes a mechanical design internship at RightHand Robotics, Inc. and serving as lead engineer and cofounder of PowerPlay Technologies, Inc., a startup focused on educational technology and green energy generation. Richard's achievements include second place in the Tufts 100k New Ventures Competition and being a finalist in the Mass Challenge Startup Accelerator. Additionally, Richard interned at China Harbour Engineering Co. Ltd., contributing to a significant tender document for the Hong Kong Airport’s Three Runway System Project. Richard holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Chinese International School.
