Donald Baker

Donald Baker has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Donald started their career as a Construction Manager at Paddock Construction Company in Rock Hill, SC in 1979. In this role, they were responsible for scheduling work, managing crews, estimating jobs, and reviewing project performance. Donald also gained personal trade skills in various areas such as layout, ironwork, carpentry, shot-crete, and nozzle work.

In 1988, Donald became the President of Paddock Construction Company. As President, they oversaw the company's operations and was involved in planning, strategy, and other managerial responsibilities. Donald held this position until 2008.

In 2008, Donald transitioned to Paddock Pool Equipment Co, where they took on the role of CEO. As CEO, they served as the company's leader, strategist, and resource for the management team. Donald also provided mentoring, problem-solving, and innovation to the organization.
