Florian Spanu

Florian Spanu is a seasoned Delivery and Project Manager with extensive experience in managing and delivering projects across various sectors, including telecommunications and software. They began their career as a Major Accounts Data Specialist at Vodafone Romania, where they successfully implemented fixed data services. Florian later served as a Project Delivery Manager at Orange Romania, followed by a role as Scrum Master and Project Manager at Betfair, where they guided agile teams in project delivery. Currently, they are a Senior Delivery Manager at Paddy Power Betfair, adept at managing multidisciplinary teams and fostering a collaborative environment. Florian holds a Bachelor's degree in Network and Software for Telecommunications from the University Politehnica of Bucharest.
