Padel Business Connect brings business owners, directors, and professionals together to network differently – through relaxed conversations and the fastest-growing sport in the UK: padel.

Traditional networking often means standing in a room with a coffee, hoping to make the right connections. Padel changes that. Played as doubles on a smaller court than tennis, it’s inclusive, social, and easy to pick up – perfect for beginners and experienced players alike. The format naturally encourages teamwork, conversation, and laughter, making it an ideal setting for building genuine business relationships.

Each monthly session runs for two hours and includes:

Time to meet and chat with fellow professionals

A friendly, guided introduction to padel (all equipment provided)

Mixed games on brand-new courts at Metropolitan Bushey

A relaxed, inclusive atmosphere with no pressure and no pitch-fests

Our aim is simple: to create networking that’s active, social, and memorable. Whether you’ve played padel before or never picked up a racket, you’ll leave with new contacts, fresh energy, and the start of real business relationships.

Why padel?
Because it’s the fastest-growing sport in the UK, loved for its accessibility and its social side. It brings people together, breaks down barriers, and creates the perfect conditions for collaboration – exactly what business networking should be about.

Who’s it for?
Business owners, directors, and decision-makers who want to connect in a new way. You don’t need to be sporty. You just need to be open to trying something different.

Padel Business Connect is a joint initiative between Business Brainbox and Metropolitan Bushey, with support from Padel Tree. Together, we’re building a new kind of business community – one that happens both on and off the court.
