Padelero is a purpose-led Community Interest Company (CIC) using Padel as a vehicle to enhance wellbeing, inclusion, and community engagement. We specialise in developing and operating padel facilities in partnership with landowners, schools and sports venues, with a strong focus on inclusion and affordability.
 
As a CIC, social impact sits alongside commercial viability. Every project is assessed not purely on financial performance, but also on its ability to increase participation, improve health outcomes and create meaningful community benefit.
