Althea McBean

Althea McBean is an Attorney-at-Law and Development Consultant currently serving as the Director of the Justice Reform Implementation Unit at the Ministry of Justice in Jamaica and as a Principal Attorney at A. McBean & Company. They are also a Senior Justice Advisor with the Pan American Development Foundation and have previously worked as a State Modernization Consultant with the Inter-American Development Bank. Althea is pursuing degrees in Project Management and a Bachelor of Laws at the Mona School of Business and Management and The University of the West Indies, while also having obtained a Certificate of Legal Education from Norman Manley Law School and a specialization in Child Protection from Harvard University.
