John Reilly

John Reilly has over 40 years of experience in the financial and investment banking industry. John is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Padgea Inc., a Software-as-a-Service Platform focused on providing solutions for Apartment Owners, Real Estate Brokers & Agents, and Property Management Firms. Prior to this role, John was a Managing Director at DelMorgan & Co.

John has extensive experience as a Managing Partner at Alliance Capital Partners, where they focused on private equity and strategic development for middle market companies. John also served as a Senior Managing Director at Galileo Asset Management SA.

In addition, John has held various Managing Director roles at investment banking firms such as WestPark Capital, Brookstone Securities, and Viewpoint Securities. John has expertise in raising capital, mergers and acquisitions, and developing new business opportunities in industries including technology, cleantech, energy, biotech, healthcare, and internet marketing.

Earlier in their career, John worked as an Investment Banker at Prudential Financial, where they specialized in the Telecom, Media, and Technology Group sectors. John began their career as a Certified Financial Planner and CEO of Financial Planning Advisors, a wealth management firm that focused on equity and debt placements in industries like oil and gas, real estate, and technology.

Throughout their career, John has demonstrated strong leadership, deal management, and business development skills, making him a valuable asset in the finance industry.

John Reilly's education history began in 1979 when they started studying at Northeastern University. John pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and completed their studies in 1984. In 1991, John enrolled at Hawaii Pacific University where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, graduating in 1993. In 1996, they attended the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, focusing on Finance, though they did not obtain a degree from this institution.

In terms of additional certifications, John Reilly obtained various credentials. In April 2021, they completed the Leadership Foundations: Leadership Styles and Models course through LinkedIn. In October 2021, they received certification in Advanced Branding. John also acquired a certification in Business Analytics: Marketing Data in November 2021. John's most recent certification is Operational Excellence Foundations, which they obtained from LinkedIn in December 2022.
