Stacey Guard

Stacey Guard is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and operations coordination. Currently serving as the Administrative and Operations Coordinator at Padilla since March 2019, Stacey previously held the role of Virtual Project Manager at WorkSmART RVA from August 2017 to March 2019, focusing on assisting small business owners to streamline their operations. Additionally, Stacey is the founder of RVA Hoop House, Inc., where contributions included community building and fitness instruction from May 2010 to June 2018. Other notable experience includes serving as the Director of Administration at Dogtown Dance Theatre from November 2012 to August 2015. Stacey holds a Project Management Certification from the University of Richmond's Robins School of Business and has completed a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate Program.
