Andres A. is the current CEO & Founding Partner at PADL since August 2017. Prior to joining PADL, Andres served as the Director of Finance at Crystal Cruises from December 2015 to December 2021. Before that, Andres was a Supervising Senior Accountant at CMI Ship Management from December 2014 to December 2015. With a background as an Accounting Manager at Passion Restaurant Group from March 2012 to December 2014, Andres holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Florida International University.
