Jun Shimada is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Pado AI since May 2025. Prior to this, Shimada held the position of Chief Technology Officer for the Cleantech Group at LG NOVA and consulted for Con Edison on IT and data platform strategy for the Energy Efficiency group. As the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of FutureAir, Shimada developed an IoT start-up aimed at ensuring clean air for residential customers. Additionally, as a co-founder of ThinkEco Inc., Shimada played a key role in creating a leading M2M/IoT platform, overseeing various business functions. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Chemical Physics from Harvard University and a Professional Program in Artificial Intelligence from Stanford University. Research experience spans theoretical biophysics at New York University and Columbia University, along with early career roles at Deutsche Bank Securities and Vitae Pharmaceuticals.
