Derek E. Canton

Derek E. Canton began their professional career in 2016 as the Lead Product Designer & Solutions Architect for Derek Design. In 2017, they became the CEO & Founder of paerpay inc. In 2018, they added the role of Advisor for Blustream Corporation. In 2020, they became an Advisor for TIKI and a Future Founders Fellow. In 2021, they were accepted into the Techstars NYC '21 cohort. In 2022, they joined Mastercard's Start Path In Solidarity program, Google's Google for Startups Accelerator: Black Founders Class of 2022, and On Deck's On Deck Scale Fellow (ODS4). Additionally, since 2015 they have been a Professional Speaker, specializing in Storytelling for Lasting Change.

Derek E. Canton attended Worcester State University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a minor in Economics & Communications and a concentration in Management & International Business. Prior to that, they attended Shrewsbury High School from 2007 to 2011, where they earned their High School Diploma.
