Dean Kim possesses extensive experience in finance and research, with a notable career spanning roles in premier financial institutions and startups. Starting as a Vice President at Lehman Brothers, Dean Kim provided crucial recommendations for trading ideas on the Asia ex-Japan desk. Subsequent roles included Chief Financial Officer at JIOS Aerogel Limited, where management of finance and administrative functions for an early-stage company was integral. As Head of Equity Research at BNP Paribas, oversight of research on the Korean banking sector was a key responsibility, followed by Executive Director of Equity Research and Head of Research Product at William O'Neil + Co., Inc.
