Pafford Medical Services, Inc. has provided mobile healthcare services to communities throughout Arkansas, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Pennsylvania since 1967.  Today, we have over 90 bases of operations, 200 ground ambulances, three medically configured fixed-wing aircraft, four medevac helicopters, a  state-of-the-art communications center, as well as billing and consulting services, totaling over 1700 employees strong.
