Prior to this role, Dan held various leadership positions in notable companies such as Reference Point, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and KKR & Co. Inc. Dan has extensive experience in technology assessments, digital transformations, and application development leadership. Dan's expertise lies in managing large technology teams and budgets, driving firm-wide technology strategy, and integrating technology platforms in acquisitions. With a background in computer science from Penn State University, Dan has excelled in roles ranging from software developer to CIO in the financial and technology sectors.
