Andrew Nicholson

Andrew Nicholson is a seasoned professional in asset management with extensive experience across Asia Pacific. Currently serving as Managing Director of Asset Management for Asia at PAG since December 2017, Andrew also held the position of Executive Director of Real Estate Asset Management at PAG. Prior to this role, Andrew was an Executive Managing Director at CBRE Asia Pacific, overseeing Asset Services activities across the region, managing over 1.2 billion square feet of property and corporate facilities. Andrew's prior experience includes a Portfolio Manager role at Swire Properties, where responsibilities included asset management of a commercial real estate portfolio in Hong Kong, as well as a Surveyor at Cushman & Wakefield focusing on national office leasing and capital markets. Andrew Nicholson holds a degree from the University of Bristol, completed in 2003.
