Jiwei Y. is a seasoned tax leader with over 20 years of experience in structuring global private equity, credit, hedge fund, and real estate transactions. They have successfully structured investments worth over $50 billion across Pan-Asia, the US, and Europe, demonstrating strong expertise in compliance, litigation, and dispute resolution. Jiwei holds a Bachelor of Science degree from NYU Stern School of Business and a Master of Science from Pace University - Lubin School of Business. Currently, they serve as Managing Director at PAG, building on prior experience as Executive Director at W. P. Carey Inc. from 2006 to 2015.
