Tim Gardner

Tim Gardner is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Partner and Group General Counsel at PAG since April 2024. Prior experience includes being a Partner and Co-Head of Asia at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from March 2015 to March 2024, as well as Partner positions at Latham & Watkins from 2011 to 2015 and 2006 to 2010, where Tim also worked as an Associate. Tim's career began at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP as an Associate from 1994 to 1998, followed by roles as Vice President at Goldman Sachs and Spa Capital LLC. Tim holds a Master of Laws (LLM) with Honors from Northwestern University and dual Bachelor degrees in Laws (LLB First Class Honors) and Commerce and Administration (BCA) from Victoria University of Wellington, along with participation in a Summer Program at Sophia University, Japan.
