Wilson Lu

Wilson Lu is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in the private equity sector. As Managing Director at PAG since August 2011, Wilson leads the Private Equity group, focusing on investments across China and Asia, particularly in buyouts and structured transactions. Prior to PAG, Wilson served as a Senior Associate at CITIC Capital, where the focus was on buyouts and strategic investments in prominent Chinese companies. Wilson's career began at McKinsey & Company, where roles included Associate and Business Analyst, along with a brief tenure as a Summer Associate at Morgan Stanley. Wilson also completed a Management Trainee program at Standard Chartered Bank. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Renmin University of China.
