Robert Gemmill

Robert Gemmill serves as the President of ChangeMakers USA since July 2020, overseeing operations across multiple offices in Washington, DC, New York, Philadelphia, and Houston. Active in the community, Robert is a member of the EO DC Chapter and serves on its Board of Directors, as well as being a member of the Page Society since February 2023 and part of the Advisory Group for Believeco:Partners until October 2024. Previously, Robert held senior roles in strategic communications and litigation at notable firms such as Edelman, Hogan Lovells, and LEVICK, and began the career as an Associate Attorney at CYRON & MILLER LLP. Academic credentials include a J.D. from Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University, a B.A. in Communications with a minor in Pre-Law from Virginia Tech, and a high school diploma from The Heights School.
