Lucy Sharp

Lucy Sharp is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive leadership experience in corporate communications and marketing across global recruitment and HR solution sectors. Currently serving as Global Marketing Director for Enterprise Solutions at PageGroup since September 2024, Lucy previously held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Empresaria Group plc, overseeing marketing initiatives across diverse sectors. With a notable tenure at The Adecco Group in various senior communications roles, including Group SVP Corporate Communications, Lucy effectively managed marketing strategies in Australia and New Zealand while leading marketing efforts for Modis, also under The Adecco Group. Prior experience includes key marketing leadership roles at Hays and Aquent, complemented by foundational positions at PageGroup and LIDA. Lucy holds a BSc degree from Loughborough University and A Levels from The British School of Brussels.
