Matthew Devine serves as the Senior Customer Engagement Director at PageGroup, a role commenced in January 2021 that involves leading the UK Manufacturing customer segment and overseeing the Private Sector Key Account Management function. Prior to PageGroup, Matthew held various leadership positions at Cordant Engineering from 1999 to 2021, culminating in the role of Divisional Director accountable for the engineering recruitment division. Matthew's career at Cordant began as a trainee, progressing through various roles, including Business Development Director, effectively managing partnerships with key clients such as ABB Ltd. Matthew holds a BA Hons in Politics from De Montfort University.
