Skye Hart

Skye Hart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as Director and Global Programme Lead for HR Transformation at PageGroup since June 2016, Skye has previously held various roles within the company, including Global Culture and Engagement Project Manager and Global HR Project Manager. Prior to PageGroup, Skye spent a decade at goFluent as Global Operations Director and held other key positions such as International Operations Coordinator and Head of Quality Assurance. Skye's career also includes roles at the Department of Education and Children's Services as Process Manager, National Australia Bank as Home Loan Account Manager, and Marsh as Underwriter. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma from CentraleSupélec and a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics along with a Diploma in Japanese from the University of Adelaide. Additionally, involvement with Personea has been ongoing since 2011.
