Philip Perlin is an Associate Principal at Page, bringing over 25 years of expertise in institutional planning. They have a distinguished track record as a campus planner, space programmer, and project manager, having partnered with over 100 colleges and universities to develop strategic plans and master plans. Formerly the Director of Sasaki's Bay Area Office and a Senior Associate at Sasaki, Philip led multi-disciplinary teams on institutional and urban planning projects. They also held planning and project management roles at Cochrane Brook Planning and Urban Design and the Town of Markham. Currently, Philip is pursuing a BA in Economics and Political Studies at the University of Toronto and a Master of Urban Planning at McGill University.
