Markus Schwaiger has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Markus started their career as a Senior Account Manager at Wang Global in 1997. Markus then moved on to Compaq Ireland, where they served as an Account Director and later led the Major Accounts team. Markus continued to work in the IT industry, holding positions such as Enterprise Account Director at Fujitsu Siemens and Business Manager at EDS Ireland Limited. Markus then joined Softcom (Ireland) Limited as a Sales Director, responsible for prospecting and selling to C-Level executives. Markus further expanded their expertise in the sales field, becoming a Business Development Manager at ADP and later at Barwon Computer Solutions. Markus also worked as a Regional Sales Executive at Ascender HCM. Markus then joined Cornerstone OnDemand as a Regional Sales Manager before their current role as a Business Development Manager at PageUp, where they help organizations acquire innovative talent management technology. Throughout their career, Markus has demonstrated strong skills in sales, business development, and client management.
Markus Schwaiger completed their Years 7-10 secondary education at Christian Brothers College - Parade Bundoora from 1976 to 1980. Markus then attended Ivanhoe Grammar in 1981 and 1982, where they earned their VCE. Lastly, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Undergraduate degree in Psychology and Linguistics at the University of Melbourne from 1982 to 1986.
