Jon Vacca is a passionate and result-oriented fractional Chief Operating Officer with extensive experience in project management, information technology, and customer service operations. Previously serving as the COO at Jesta I.S. in 2022 and the Sr. Vice President at PUMA Group from 1998 to 2020, Jon demonstrated expertise in scaling businesses, managing large budgets, and leading diverse teams across multiple countries. Currently, Jon is the COO at PAHI, an innovative footwear start-up set to launch in November 2025. Jon holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
