Jonathan serves as PAI’s Information Technology Support Specialist, providing regular IT support and maintenance for PAI’s staff. Since 2015, Jonathan has served in multiple IT Specialist roles. Most recently, he worked with the Department of Veterans Affairs’ Acquisition Academy, where he took pride in assisting veterans to pursue their educations and to transition to various federal employment opportunities.
Jonathan considers the field of Information Technology to be a natural fit for his talents and expertise, ensuring network components work together seamlessly and are optimized to the fullest to drive success.
