Pain Free Lives is dedicated to helping individuals reclaim their lives by addressing the root causes of pain through advanced musculoskeletal medicine. Led by Dr. Aalai, Program Director of One Brooklyn Health’s Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) residency program, we combine medical expertise with an engineering approach to pain management. Dr. Aalai’s unique background in engineering offers a distinctive understanding of biomechanics and kinetics, enabling us to educate patients on how pain is generated and how it can be effectively treated.
