Matthew Lopez

Matthew Lopez has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Matthew is currently an SVP at PaintJet starting in 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of Hardware at Aeolus Robotics, Inc. from July 2021 to May 2023. Before that, they worked at Abbott as a Senior System Architect from August 2020 to June 2021, where they designed and implemented neuromodulation solutions for chronic pain relief. From March 2019 to August 2020, Matthew served as a Principal System Engineer at Authentix. Their longest tenure was at HP, where they held the position of Senior Principal Hardware Architect from June 1992 to March 2019. In this role, they were responsible for architecture design and leading cross-discipline teams through the product life cycle.

Matthew Lopez has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Matthew also holds a Master's degree in Engineering from the same university.
