Joe Torjussen

Joe Torjussen is the Head of Learning Design at PAIR, where they design applied AI training to support AI-native workforces. Previously, Joe served as the Head of Innovation in the Civil Service Strategy Unit at the Cabinet Office, leading the first pan-Civil Service AI training initiative as part of the government's reform program. Joe has also held roles as a Policy Advisor at the Department for Transport and as an Associate Consultant at Castore Consulting. They were a UK Delegate to the OECD Network of National Contact Points and participated as an Innovation Fellow at Grow London in collaboration with the Royal College of Art. Joe is currently pursuing a BSc in Geography with Economics at The London School of Economics and Political Science and a PgDip in Management for Senior Leaders at Henley Business School.
