Anna Schade began their career in 2018 as an HR-Mitarbeiter at Orientis Deutschland & Österreich. In 2019, they joined PAIR Finance as a Junior Manager People and Organization, and then was promoted to People & Organization Manager.

Anna Schade obtained their Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from the European-University Viadrina in 2017. Anna also holds a certification from the Haufe Akademie in Mit E-Learning zum Erfolg: Neue Lernformen einf\u00fchren und etablieren\u200b, which they obtained in November 2022.
