Alex Serrato

Alex Serrato has over 20 years of experience in the insurance and managed care industries. From 2001 to 2010, they worked as a Branch Manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car and as an Insurance Agent for the Automobile Club of Southern California. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as an Insurance Agent for Horace Mann, where they advised clients and implemented programs to benefit the community. From 2015 to 2022, they worked at LaSalle Medical Associates, where they held the roles of Director of Provider Services, Provider Relations Manager, and Senior Provider Relations Representative. Alex was responsible for developing and implementing effective Provider Network and Provider Relations strategies, as well as maintaining and nurturing relationships with providers, health plans, hospitals, and local community resources. Most recently, they have been working as the Director of Network Development for Pair Team.

Alex Serrato obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of California, Riverside between 1996 and 2001.
