Chase Boedigheimer has a strong work experience in the field of staffing and recruitment. Chase is a Partner and Founding Member of Paird, a Portland-based staffing firm that specializes in technology staffing services. At CrowdStreet, they worked as a Sales Development Representative focused on engaging developers and sponsors in the Pacific Northwest and Northern California territory. Before that, they worked at TEKsystems where they held multiple roles, including Account Manager, Recruiter On-Boarding Lead, and Senior IT Recruiter- Applications. As a financial representative at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, they gained experience in financial services. Throughout their career, they have developed excellent recruiting strategies, identified and attracted top talent, and built lasting partnerships with clients.
Chase Boedigheimer attended Jesuit High School, graduating in 2009. Chase then attended Oregon State University from 2009 to 2013, earning a double degree in Business Marketing and Business Administration with an International Business option. During their time at Oregon State, they also studied at Chulalongkorn University and Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and studied Mandarin, respectively.
