Mary Kailing

Mary Kailing, PMP, is the Manager of the Project Management Office at PairSoft, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as a Senior Project Manager at National Heritage Academies and as a Project Manager at CAVALLO. With a strong background in project management, Mary emphasizes organizational skills and emotional intelligence to achieve project goals in dynamic environments. Mary also has experience as a Volunteer English Teacher and has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Grand Valley State University.
