Mary Kailing

Mary Kailing, PMP, is the Director of the Project Management Office at PairSoft, where they leverage their extensive project management experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Project Manager at National Heritage Academies and held positions at CAVALLO, including Project Management Team Lead and Project Manager. Mary began their career as a Volunteer English Teacher with CIEE, supporting social change through education, and later worked at MarketLab as a Pricing Specialist. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Grand Valley State University, complemented by previous studies in Elementary Education and an Associate’s Degree.
