Sami Peltonen

Sami Peltonen has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Sami is currently the Senior Vice President of Product at PairSoft since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Basware for over a decade. Sami held multiple vice president positions at Basware, including Vice President of Purchase to Pay Solutions from July 2019 to June 2021, Vice President of Business Management for North America from June 2018 to July 2019, and Vice President of Purchase-to-Pay Business Area for North America from January 2018 to June 2018. Additionally, they served as the Vice President of Product Management for AP Automation and Procurement portfolios from November 2013 to January 2018 and as the Vice President of Product Management for the Procurement Portfolio from February 2012 to October 2013. Sami started their journey at BasWare as the Director of User Experience and Concept Development from April 2010 to February 2012. Before joining BasWare, they worked at Analyste as the Head of Development for cloud Banking services from January 2004 to December 2006 and as a Software Developer from May 2000 to January 2004. Sami also worked at BasWare as a (Senior) Product Manager for Payments and Invoice Processing from October 2006 to January 2010.

Sami Peltonen attended the University of Tampere from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Information Technology.
