Adam T. is a venture-backed founder and experienced Head of Product, known for a successful exit and over 15 years in HRTech, SaaS, and B2B. They co-founded Waggl, Inc., where they significantly contributed to the company’s growth from $0 to over $5M ARR, overseeing product strategy, enhancements, and a high-performing team. Adam has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Solutions Consulting at Perceptyx, Inc., and is currently the Senior Director and Head of EX Product at NRC Health. They also serve as an advisor at PairUp, focusing on accelerating workplace knowledge sharing through AI. Adam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Miami University and a Master’s Degree in Hospitality Business Management from the University of Delaware.
