Travis Earls

Travis Earls is the Founder and CEO of DEKA Technologies and a transformative technology executive with experience as a fractional CIO and CTO across multiple industries. They have been actively involved with IN COMPASS HEALTH since 2004, managing healthcare technology solutions and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Travis has also held leadership roles in various organizations, including Pak-Lite, Inc. and SouthEast LINK, where they guided technology strategy and operations. Currently, they are pursuing multiple degrees, including an MBA in Technology Management from the Florida Institute of Technology, where they maintain a 4.0 GPA.
