James Young

James Young is an experienced Design Manager currently leading the Engineering Design department at PakFab Engineered Solutions since April 2018, where responsibilities include managing a team and establishing departmental standards. Prior to that, James served as Design Manager at Advanced Design Solutions Inc. from June 2010 to April 2018, overseeing design quality and team training, and previously held roles in project management and packaging design. James began a career in manufacturing and welding at Nuhn Industries Ltd. and gained additional experience at Alpha Door Systems. Education includes an Ontario College Advanced Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Conestoga College and an Automotive Packaging Certificate from The Packaging School. James is also a certified Advanced Scuba Diver and a Level 1 Snowboarding Instructor.
