Steven Smith

Steven Smith has extensive experience in operations, supply chain, and manufacturing roles in the medical device and contract manufacturing industries. Steven has held positions such as Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain at PakLab, Management Consultant at Smith Consulting, and various leadership roles at Sechrist Industries, Inc. and Baxter Healthcare, Inc. Throughout their career, Steven has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, supply chain development, procurement, and process improvement, working with top-tier clients and driving substantial cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Steven Smith completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at National University from 1986 to 1988. Steven then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 1992 to 1994. Lastly, Steven earned their Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University, where they studied from 2005 to 2015. Additionally, they hold an ASQ Green Belt certification from ASQ.
