Donald Starr

Starr is the owner of PakMail, a small business focused on marketing, packaging, shipping, and customer service, with a specialization in international and domestic freight shipments. Starr has operated PakMail since 2010. Starr served as Labor Relations Manager for the State of Ohio from 1981 to 2010, handling labor negotiations, personnel management, and contract interpretation. Starr served in the U.S. Air Force in Medical Administration from 1980 to 2000, managing personnel, patient movement, equipment, and resources to ensure quick and effective patient movement to medical facilities. Starr earned a B.S. in Psychology from The Ohio State University (1972-1976).
